– New York State judges

New York State judges will get e-mail reminders when they are about to be late handing down a decision (hat tip to my old boss, former Maroon Editor in Chief Garth Johnston, now the Weekend Editor over at Gothamist).- A lucky voter in every election held in Arizona will win $1 million lottery-style if a new bill passes. This is a very interesting use of incentives.- CBS will start advertising on the shells of eggs in supermarkets. (Looks like the Freakonomics boys scooped me again.)
