Iran announced the results of their infamous Holocaust cartoon conference today. A few quick notes as we wrap up this glorious historical event.First, Ahmadinejad supposedly launched this contest to test the West’s free speech principle in retaliation for the Danish cartoon controversy of last year. Well, where were the riots? How many cars were torched? How many people died?Second, notice that the DANISH cartoon controversy, in which cartoons were printed in a PRIVATE DANISH NEWSPAPER, required retaliation against THE JEWS. Seriously.
