February 21, 8:07 p.m.A 25-year-old man was approached by an armed male on the 5800 block of South Blackstone Avenue. The offender pointed a gun at the victim and demanded the man’s wallet. The victim pushed the offender to the ground and fled on foot. UCPD later arrested 26-year-old Noah Johnson, a resident of the 7400 block of South Yates Avenue, who was identified by the victim as his assailant. Yates was charged with aggravated attempt at robbery. He will appear in court February 27.
