President Robert Zimmer was treated for minor injuries at the University of Chicago Medical Center (UCMC) on Friday after slipping on the steps of the Quadrangle Club.
Zimmer was released from the UCMC shortly after arriving there with a dislocated shoulder. He is expected to return to work on Monday “as usual,” according to University spokesperson Steve Kloehn.
