[media id=”103999″ align=”left”/]The Chicago Booth School of Business Singapore campus was sold last year, but will remain at its current location until 2015.
University spokesperson Steve Kloehn said that Sunil Kumar, dean of the Booth School, notified students and alumni last November that the lease for the location, which serves as the Asian hub for Booth’s Executive MBA Program, had been extended until September 2015. The landowner has plans for the property after that.
The advance notice will give University and Booth officials time to plan for a new location. In his e-mail to the affiliates of the program, Kumar explained that officials are now researching potential replacement sites in Singapore and Hong Kong. It is expected that more news for a future location will become available later this year.
