The Elections and Rules Committee (E&R) has decided to postpone the Spring 2013 SG elections by one week, according to an e-mail sent by E&R chair Lester Ang and SG President Renard Miller to current candidates Sunday evening.
“In light of the ongoing investigations by the Elections and Rules Committee and the additional time needed to process an unexpected number of complaints thoroughly, the committee has decided to postpone the election period by exactly one week,” the e-mail said.
Voting will now begin 9:00 a.m. on April 30 and end at 5:00 p.m. on May 2.
