Early voting has started in Chicago! There are 56 Early Voting locations across Chicago. View the map below to find the voting location closest to you, hours of operation, and information about bilingual election officials.
Additional things to know from the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners:
- Anyone in Chicago can vote at any Early Voting site, no matter where they live in the city. Voters can choose whichever voting site is most convenient for them, including on Election Day.
- All Early Voting locations are ADA-compliant and fully accessible to voters with disabilities.
- Same Day Registration is available at all Early Voting sites, including 51 sites open as Vote Centers on Election Day. You will need two forms of ID, one with your current address—click here for acceptable forms of ID.
- Early voters may choose to vote in one of 12 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Polish, Korean, Tagalog, Gujarati, Urdu, Arabic, Ukrainian, and Russian. 32 Early Voting sites also have bilingual election officials present to help voters—please see the map for officials available at each location.
- All 50 Ward Early Voting sites and the Board Supersite (191 North Clark Street) will also be open as vote centers on Election Day. 69 West Washington Street will NOT be open as a vote center on Election Day.
