Well, turns out it is more than a person of interest.A 16 year old, Eric Walker, has been charged with first degree murder. Supposedly police have a video tape of him confessing to “his part of the crime.” Charges against three other suspects are currently pending.Update: More details are trickling out. Supposedly the teens were watching the movie American Gangster when they decided they needed money. Naturally, this meant that they should go rob people. The Sun Times also cites a source that says Cisse was shot for resisting the robbery.
