Supposedly police have a video tape of him confessing to “his part of the crime.” Charges against three other suspects are currently pending.Update: More details are trickling out. Supposedly the teens were watching the movie American Gangster when they decided they needed money. Naturally, this meant that they should go rob people. The Sun Times also cites a source that says Cisse was shot for resisting the robbery.
