Crime Report

A man walked into the lobby of Burton-Judson Courts at 1:21 a.m. on October 17, and was asked to leave by the desk attendant. When he refused, the attendant called the University police, who arrested Stephen McCaskill, 33, and charged him with criminal trespass. McCaskill has been arrested numerous times in the neighborhood for theft and criminal trespass. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 3.

The Maroon incorrectly stated in the October 8 issue that Ken Lee was arrested for the series of robberies in front of the 59th Street Metra station. Lee was arrested for several burglaries, not robberies. The incidents at the Metra station have not yet been cleared.
