This Sunday marked the beginning of this year’s Sexual Assault Awreness Week (SAAW) sponsored by Student Government, the Campus Dialogue Fund, the Office of LGBTQ Life and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA). In Hutchinson Courtyard the UChicago Clothesline Project has put in an installation of t-shirts designed by sexual assault survivors bringing an issue that is not normally talked about out into the open. Other events this week include a keynote address on Title IX today, a screening of the movie Half the Sky tomorrow, an open house with Associate Dean of Students Jeremy Inabinet on Thursday and a closing ceremony on Friday evening in Hutchinson Courtyard.
