Crime Report 1-14-2005

On Wednesday, January 12 at noon there was a robbery at 5100 South Ingleside Avenue at a nearby corner store. Two men entered the store with guns and demanded the money in the register, and that the other two men in the store not move. The owner of the store pushed the panic alarm. The robbers then stole the clerks’ wallets, and took off in an unknown vehicle. They stole $600 dollars.

Another robbery occurred at 5400 South Ingleside Avenue at 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 13. A man parked his vehicle and walked down the street. A man with a gun approached him and took his money and overcoat before running off.
