Pret A Manger will replace Einstein Bros. Bagels in the Reynolds Club this fall.
According to a statement by UChicago Dining, Pret will offer organic coffee and healthy food options that will be made in-shop each day from ethically sourced and local ingredients.
Pret will be donating all unsold food at the end of the day to local organizations.
Bon Appétit Management Company replaced Aramark as the campus food provider this time last year. Since then, several changes have been made to campus offerings, including the closure of the Classics, BSD, and Stuart cafés.
Dollar shakes will continue to be a tradition, but they will be offered in Hutchinson Commons rather than in Pret.
