Sliced Bread magazine, now in its eleventh year, celebrated its autumn issue with a launch party last week.
"Joining Sliced Bread has given me the opportunity to see the kind of creative outlet the people at the University have”, Belen Edwards, a staff member, reflected. “It’s insane because there’s so much talent at this University that you don’t always get to see…like the kid sitting next to you in your SOSC class, or the person always talking in bio. Those people could be really great artists or writers, and you wouldn’t even know it unless you have venues like Sliced Bread or other literary magazines.”
