The 26 story apartment building that is planned for the corner of 56th and Cornell looks…interesting.Hyde Park Progress has some renderings and some discussion of the resistance it has already received.But, regardless of your opinion on the renderings, 145 more condo or apartment units is a good thing for the area. Hopefully a sign of things to come.
