Senior projects gone wild

I don’t know what there is to say about this:

Beginning next Tuesday, Shvarts will be displaying her senior art project, a documentation of a nine-month process during which she artificially inseminated herself “as often as possible” while periodically taking abortifacient drugs to induce miscarriages. Her exhibition will feature video recordings of these forced miscarriages as well as preserved collections of the blood from the process.

You think someone at Yale would have realized that this is the most ridiculous senior project ever [insert bad joke about Brown].Plus, kudos to the Yale Daily News for the worst headline ever: “For senior, abortion a medium for art, political discourse.” Way to establish the dialogue YDN!Update: This has become a little more complicated. Now, Yale is saying Shvarts never terminated any pregnancies. Shvarts says she might have. I do not envy the YDN right now.
