This strikes me as an awesome way to review records. The shortness and sweetness in themselves are attractive, but a page full of blurbs is so much more useful than a site full of rambling critical essays. With a bunch of digestible reviews all in one place, you have a basis for comparison between groups. And when the cost is only a couple seconds, you’re a bit more likely to read about a band you’ve never heard of.
For someone who uses so many exclamation points, Prindle’s kind of a heroic figure.
