GSB Europe campus moves to London after 10 years in Barcelona

In an effort to capitalize on London’s position as a center of European commerce and financial activity, the Graduate School of Business’s European campus has moved to London, after a 10-year stay in Barcelona.

Ninety-one students from 26 countries began classes in the Executive MBA program last August. The new campus is located in the Woolgate Exchange in London’s financial district, just a block from St. Paul’s Cathedral.

“Unification has brought extraordinary growth, and the U.K. has led the economic charge,” said Edward Snyder, dean of the GSB, in a press release. “It’s no accident that business leaders rank London as the top European city in which to conduct business.”

The program is structured so that students can continue working full-time while attending 16 one-week blocks of classes over a 20-month period, including three weeks at the GSB campuses in Chicago and Singapore.
