Elena Jochum is a third-year in the College from Oakton, Virginia. She is studying biological chemistry and astrophysics and plans to pursue biomedical research. Having served as a designer and copy editor from the fall of her first year, she loves editing the work of the talented Maroon writers as well as seeing it all come together in print. In her free time, she enjoys long bike rides, hiking, and exploring Chicago.
