Carter Beckstein, Head Podcast Editor, Senior Copy Editor
Carter is a fourth-year from Sarasota, Florida, where the median age is more than 10 years above the national average! He is majoring in business economics and minoring in Italian, and this is his fourth year working with The Maroon. Carter began his career as a copy editor in the fall of 2019 and has been on the podcasting team since spring 2022. When he’s not cleaning up articles, Carter can be found competing with the mock trial team or chairing committees with ChoMUN. Don’t be afraid of the red pen!
