I just got back from a two-day swing in the Granite State where I saw, in order of appearance, John Edwards, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Dennis Kucinich, and John McCain. Dreams were dashed, inspired, and then dashed again. Yard signs were stolen. Fred Thompson was nowhere to be seen. I’ll be posting dispatches and blurry photographs over the next couple of days.
