I just returned from the farewell party for Steve Klass, Vice President and Dean of Students in the University at the U of C, at which I was asked to say a few words with current Maroon EIC Tara Kadioglu on behalf of the newspaper. Dean Klass has been an incredible leader at the University during my time here, and it showed in the comments delivered by colleagues and students including President Don Randel, Provost Richard Saller, and Associate Dean of the College Bill Michel. I wish him all the best as he departs for Williams College at the end of the year.
