Something about burying the tomahawk

Not to beat a dead horse

Not to beat a dead horse, but since it’s the last time all year (or until Joe Torre is fired on Thursday) that the New York Post can dedicate its front page to Yankees, the least we can do is take a look at what they came up with:SO WANGTwo syllables? Check. Size 48 font? Check. Making fun of foreign pitcher’s name? Check mate!ESPN gets credit as well for “TRIBAL RULE,” although that has me thinking more of Pakistan’s N.W.F.P. than it does the Cleveland Indians. And in case you were wondering what the killjoys at the Times came up with: “Season Over: Yankees out, and Torre…” Sorry Tyler Kepner, that’s not even worthy of ALLCAPS.
