I completely agree with Matthew Yglesias’s assessment of Martin Peretz’s new blog:
The good news, obviously, is that it’s now much safer to read The Plank so, on the whole, one has to count the Spine Era as a positive development.
The Plank is one of my favorite political blogs, so it is good to avoid Peretz’s daily, “Israel roolz and Palestine sux” posts–not that I disagree with his opinions all the time, just that the frequency and style of his posts is unbearable.
