Richard Davis, Senior Copy Editor, Senior News Reporter
Richard Davis is a first-year at the College studying mathematics and statistics. An Odyssey Scholar, he was born in Los Angeles but hails from small-town Indiana. Since joining The Maroon in autumn 2022, Richard has become a senior copy editor and a senior News reporter, writing articles with a particular focus on local politics and the University/community relations. In his free time, Richard enjoys singing, listening to music of various genres, exploring Chicago and its surrounding areas, going to theater shows, and obsessing over public transit (including wishing he could write more articles about it).
