January 6, 10:50 p.m.—Two men robbed a pizza delivery person of $95 as the victim was in the elevator after making a delivery on the upper floors of a building on the 5100 block of South Harper Avenue. As the elevator stopped on one of the floors, the suspects entered the elevator, grabbed the victim by the neck, and demanded money. Both suspects fled when the elevator reached the lobby. The delivery person was not injured. Police are unsure if the men decided to commit the robbery on the spot or if it was premeditated.
