In honor of Leif Erikson here’s a video montage of arguably the second greatest Icelander of all time—Junior hockey coach Wolf “The Dentist” Stansson from Mighty Ducks 2. Stansson exhibits many of the traits—grit, determination, blonde hair, cruelty—that so many associate with Erikson. And like Erikson, his short term success eventually morphed into a long-term failure.
