The Polish government has conceded defeat in parliamentary elections today.The only reason I’m blogging about this, though, is that it is the end of Jaroslaw Kaczynski’s rule as Prime Minister. And, the only reason that is noteworthy is because his identical twin is currently Poland’s president.
