Tomorrow, the impossible is quite possible. If the Padres lose and the Mets, Phillies, and Rockies win then the four teams will be tied at 89-73 all trying to get two playoff spots: the NL East and NL Wild Card spot. Then, before the playoffs start, there would be three games to determines gets those spots. The Phillies and Mets would play for the NL East title. The winner would get in and the loser would get to play the winner of the Rockies-Padres playoff. The winner of that game would then be crowned the NL Wild Card winner. All of this before the playoffs start! It’s time to get really really excited about the baseball season.
