Last week Ezra Klein claimed that Wal-Mart was a monopsony because of its threats made over the prospect of cheap downloadable movies available on iTunes (I commented on it here).Today it was announced that movies will be available to download on iTunes for much cheaper then they are at Wal-Mart. So much for that monopsony power.
